#92 The Fundamentals of Power

Sometimes our senses are cloaked and we have a hard time discerning what’s the best decision or action to make.

The Celt leads us in a practice to open and wake up our body, so we feel all areas of guidance more effectively. Our body becomes more conscious of sensation and we learn about effective and ineffective communication on different levels. Our bodies start to just know, and we move with flow instead of with the effort of the mind. He also teaches us simple ways to manifest and how to playfully incorporate the many tools given in this session effortlessly into our lives.

The Lady defines power as being able to connect to the supportive energy available for our souls journey here. She helps us recognize and focus on our inner pull for what is needed in the moment, the day or for what we are creating. In this knowing place she shows us how to focus our attention on the wisest place possible In any situation. She also leads us in experiencing our guidance more fully,
